Love this cropped cardi! Really easy to make and lots of drape. I’ve had this pattern for awhile, but wanted to take the time to figure out how to make it with a center opening, rather than asymetrical. I’ll absolutely make this pattern again.

Mods for size Small (36” bust):
fsc 57 - or loosely ch 58, sc in 1st ch from hook and in each ch across (57 sc)
Row 1: ch3 and 2 dc in 1st sc (3dc shell for beginning shell), work shell pattern across, ending with 4dc shell.
Row 2: work beginning shell as in pattern, repeat shell pattern 2x (3 shell patterns before corner), then do Corner A, shell pattern 1x, Corner A, shell pattern 4x, Corner A, shell pattern 1x, Corner A, end with shell pattern 2x. (I think) Do not do front neck extension.
Follow pattern to complete.

I did 17 rows for body, and 7 rows for sleeves before working trim row. Then sc around front edges and neckline, doing a chain loop at top for button. Used a little less than 3 skeins.
