Lace flounce from Violet Beauregard pattern modified based on amee16’s tutorial on her blog. Thank you Amee16!!

I finished up the crochet and weaving in the ends last night, did some decorative stitches on my sewing machine to hide the white fold marks from letting down the hem, and wore it today. Got LOTS of compliments on it!

I used a jean mini skirt I purchased at the thrift store, let down the hem and followed Amee16’s tutorial. I replaced the cord tie at the waistband with a crochet tie. I used 6 different colors of grace yarn so it would go well with all my solid color t-tops. I am so happy with how this turned out - it will get a lot of wear this summer.
