I was pretty far along on this sweater - when I realized I wasn’t going to have enough yarn to finish it! But another crocheter on Crochetville sent me additional yarn. The sweater was a lot shorter than I wanted it so I added two panels, each about 6 rows, and connected the panels at the bottom with a row of openwork hdc and ch stitches. Also, the neck was too wide for me (I was always pulling it back up onto my shoulders), so I did a whip stitch around the inside of the neckline where it joins the body of sweater to tighten it up slightly - if I made this again, I think I would switch to a smaller hook when I got to where the underarm shaping starts in order to make the neckline area narrower. But I just love the soft yellow color and the texture of this sweater - I get a lot of compliments on it every time I wear it!
