Heathered Blue & Purple

I love these! Along with my mittens, they’ve used up most of the polwarth I had spun. People who’ve seen them love the colours, and I do too. :-)

I wore the first one all day, while I slowly worked on the second one on and off. I will absolutely be making more. :-) The pair I made for one of the older spinning club ladies was a bit hit, too.

I can still type, knit, and do all sorts of things, and without that horrible feeling between my fingers that you get from fingered fingerless gloves.

Followed pattern as written for the smallest size, with the addition of one additional wrap & turn row at wrist end, and two more rows. I didn’t really need to do this, but I was wrongly worried the wrist would be too tight.

(The photos are a bit crap, since it’s dark now and purple is hard to capture in artificial light. The bottom two photos are truer in colour).
