One of my favorite things I’ve made in a long time. I love the way the yarn knitted up in this fun pattern. I plan to make another one of these in laceweight with the crazy fringes as written.

Mods:
Worked “picots” instead of fringe. For every cast on/bind off 10 stitches in pattern, I cast on/bound off 1 stitch.
