Got great results from this innovative and addictive shawl pattern. Camp Loopy Project #1 done, two to go.

Like many other Ravelers, I only made it through the 11th stripe before running out of my contrast color of Tosh Merino Light, but the finished shawl is plenty big. I won’t be able to give my shawl the aggressive blocking it deserves until I return from traveling, but when it softens and grows a bit, I’m sure I’ll love it even more than I do now.

I worked the pattern exactly as written except for omitting the 12th stripe (not entirely by choice) and binding off using Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off.

When can I start my next one? I’m already thinking of color schemes…
