25NOV11 I just finished. This project started out as a dish cloth but I loved it so much that it was telling me it wanted to be a scarf. And when I was close to finishing that it then decided it wanted to be a cowl. So a cowl it became. I love it. The Lion Brand cotton is nothing special but it’s perfect w/ this project and feels nice on the neck.

I just finished the Chevron Eyelet dishtowel and wanted to learn cable knitting (knitting Feb.11). Figured this would be perfect. Combines yo with k2 tog…stuff I just learned. Had a hard time finding the pattern since the link is broken but I found and old cached blog entry.
