3/26/12 Finished another Capelet. I’m not really happy w/ this yarn. It looks to be a little worn and shredded for $30 I’d expect better. But the softness is amazing. This is the third time I’ve done this pattern and it’s become very easy. Next time though I would had a seed stitch or garter…something to keep the bottom from curling up so much. Even after blocking.

I’ve been working on the Sampler Afghan and I just couldn’t concentrate and be asked for stuff by passengers. I kept screwing it up so I needed something easy that I don’t really have to count. I’ve done two of these already for xmas presents so I thought I’d make another gift for a co-worker. I’ve never worked w/ 100% silk. It’s a pleasure to knit. It’s going to be beautiful when I’m done.
