Modifications:
only 18 heel rows total
round toe (16 stitches on 4 needles, decrease 1 every other down to 8, then decrease every until only 4 left.)

overall 2nd sock matched the first one pretty darned well considering it took me 10 years to get around to it.

notes for me:
heel seam to toe decreases = 4 5/8”
toe decreases = 2”
7.5” height
6 5/8 total foot length, good fit, snug but not tight.
