Because I used yarn which is thinner than recommended, I used directions for size 7/8. It came out more or less for the next size down - 5/6, which is what I intended. It still is a bit big for my DD, who is a tall 4 year old. The Wine yarn is DEFINITELY NOT color fast!!!!! The other pinks also bleed but faintly. I’m amazed the white stayed white after the amount of burgundy dye that came off - I did soak the cardi in vinegar solution prior to washing though.
