Beautiful pattern!

CO 64 sts, decreased to 56 sts after cuff, that being enough for my mother’s little feet :-)

Mirrored the herringbone pattern on second sock (just turned the page with herringbone chart by 180 degrees). I hope that’s not a stylistic sin.

The design of the gusset is so cool! Gusset decreases are worked bottom-up instead of top-down. I wonder if that way to work the gusset is known under a special name?

Leg: 9 pattern repeats, foot: 14 pattern repeats. Pattern is very simple to follow once you worked the first 4 rounds, suitable for knitting on-the-road.

Used 74 gr.
