Less than 1 skein of Cascade 220 sport. Woo! That made this a $4 project. Love!

I altered the tops just a bit. I finished the first hand and when I tried it on I wasn’t stoked about the ribbing going up so high on the inside of my fingers above the palm. I kept feeling like I wanted to fold down the ribbing on that side (which was going to happen with use anyway.) I ripped back to the start of the ribbing and worked some short rows instead so that the knuckles are still covered, but the palm side of the finger ribbing was only 2 rows.

If I make them again, I’ll probably do two things:
1) move the cable about 3 stitches away from the thumb so that it ends up more centered and the thumb comes slightly more out of the palm.
2) work the same amount of short rows as this time but work them on the palm in the stockinette instead of muddling through in the ribbing.
