I have always admired this pattern, but haven’t had the motivation to knit it. Well now I have!! :D

I thought I’d make mine version with random stripes & try to keep the colours as unisex as possible. I might embellish the finished sweater, will wait and see how it turns out.

09Feb2013: knitting is complete, now just finishing touches, burying the ends and grafting the underarms & washing & blocking.

More pics to come, and adding of the eyes … Not quite decided what to do with that yet.
