Cabled mitten designed for the Verb Smitten with Mittens contest. I plan to write up my notes in the future and have a proper photo shoot now that both mittens are finished and dry.

10/09: First draft of the pattern is written, and getting test knit before I release it into the wild!

Mitten Dimensions: 10.5 inches length from bottom of cuff to fingertip, about 7.75 inches in circumference around wrist and palm, 4.25 inches from thumb crotch to fingertip.

Gauge: 3.5-4 stitches per inch (my gauge is a little varied due to using handspun), but a consistent 6 rounds per inch. The purl stitches on either side of the cables allow for a bit of stretch in the circumference.

I used about 100 grams for the mittens, 125 yards.
