This pattern runs quite large. June is just a year old and this 9-12 month size is quite large on her. The sleeves are rolled up and the hood comes down over her head. She may be a little small for a 1 year old, but not too small. She will grow into it though.
I did use a pattern that I owned for sizing, but hmmm….
