Knit for my Florida-island-dwelling mother-in-law…as a Xmas present. Which I bound off in June, about six months ahead of schedule. High fives all around, people!

The pattern is simple and end-result lovely. The yarn is a treat for the eyes, but tricky-tricky to knit, owing to its four, very loosely twisted (if at all?) plies. A labor of love, to be sure.
