Miles of mindless stockinette, a few skeins of gorgeously colored Madelinetosh - at times, this is all that a girl needs.

My gauge was spot-on. However, since I wanted my Billowing to …well, not billow that much, I knit the second smallest size for my 34” chest. My only other modification involved using my increase of choice - kfb - instead of the one in the pattern.

Updates:
Ultimately decided that I didn’t like the fit of this, as it was a bit too tight around my midsection. (To clarify, this is my own fault - NOT the fault of the designer.) Ripped back several inches and reduced the amount of side increases to two. Much happier with this second attempt, even though my penchant towards insanely tight bind-offs (aagh) resulted in somewhat of a “bubble hem”. Ultimately frogged for use in another project.
