Cast-on in the midst of a garter-stitch slog - a much-loved slog, to be clear, but a slog nonetheless - despite my resolution to be practice project monogamy.

And this little thing? Was a very worthy and satisfying diversion, and I adore it to bits. My project title is a nod to the fact that I had a zillion near-identical tank tops - A ZILLION, with the ribbing and square neckline and thick straps and cropped fit - back in the late 1990’s, and here we are again. Love it.

Notes:

• My actual bust is about 34”. Regardless, I opted for a bit of positive ease and knit the Medium size (36-38”) - and am quite pleased with how it came out. Would knit the Medium again, for sure.

• I added one inch of length to the body/tube.

• I was wary of knitting a summer tank in Wool, but this yarn - part of Ysolda’s 2018 Club - is soft like butter and does not agitate my (rather sensitive) skin.
