A celebratory knit for my own-selfish-self to cap off months of Xmas gift knitting. Hello, gorgeous!

While I adore this sweater as-written in the magazine, I’m trying to be a wee more stash-efficient these days - and its high time that white lace-weight was put to good use. Fortunately, this gal loves a good contrasting marl.

Color A & B - Vice Paradigm - Grackle (Black)
Color C & E - Jaggerspun Maine Line (White)
Color D - Brown Sheep Fingering - Sunburst Gold
Color F - JaggerSpun Zephyr Wool-Silk 2/18 (White)

Mods, both intentional and otherwise:

• The row count of the body matches the pattern, but the contrasting (black) stripes went a little rogue. This has nothing to do with my inability to follow basic instructions. Nope.
• The sleeve and collar trim are 100% stockinette, because I’m a novice colorworker and couldn’t handle the shift between knit and purl stitches. Maybe next time.
• The rolled collar didn’t float my boat, so I knit a few extra inches (in the black) and seamed it down on the inside, which added a lovely bit of structure. (See close up.)

Overall, this is one of the best things to ever come off my needles. I love it so much.
