Another Kev-intended Xmas hat to replace the one that I selfishly commandeered for my own noggin. Originally cast on with the recommended needles (Size 6 for the brim, Size 8 for the body), but soon realized that doing so resulted in a too-small hat for my large-headed Kevin. This realization occurred on Day #1 of Thanksgiving vacation - in the air, en route to Florida, and hundreds of miles away from my Size 6 needles. That said, I frogged and entirely reknit the hat on Size 8’s.

The completion time indicated above is a bit misleading. The knitting? Finished in a heartbeat. The pom-pom? Took a few weeks to assemble, for no reason other than the fact that I’m a bit lazy when it comes to poms.
