Love love love this pattern. It was a joy to knit. The modifications I made were as follows:

2” neckline rather than 3”
6 rows of 3 x 3 rib for the bottom
15 rows of 3 x 3 rib for the cuffs.

If I made this again I would possibly go a bit deeper on the bottom rib.
