For the last round, instead of SC for each stitch, I skipped one stitch then SC for the next stitch until the hole basically closed up. I added a bow and a gem when I put in the face, and I think mine came out a little tall/big, so I used larger 12mm eyes instead of the 9mm eyes. I think the next time I do one I might shorten the heart a little bit, depending on whether I need room for stuff like bows.

I happened to have leftover ribbon from my old roller derby girl costume and I randomly bought heart gem stickers at the dollar store long ago figuring I’d find I use for them some day. So glad that day came today!
