My new favourite jumper, based on a beautiful and very well-written pattern by Jennifer Steingass.

This yarn is a great choice for people who find wool too hot or itchy, as it gives you that lovely tweedy look for fairisle but has no wool content and is very soft against the skin. The resulting jumper is lighter and a little more saggy than wool, but looks great with jeans.

I am short so I made this a couple of inches shorter than the pattern - as a result I only needed two skeins of the main colour (around 800 metres, and approx 100 metres of the contrasting colour).
