Notes

Saw a fox scarf for sale, and decided to try making it without a pattern. Used double crochet for the main scarf, and amigurumi bits also done in double crochet, or single crochet for some bits. I might use a shaggy white yarn for the tail-tip, to make it fluffy.

Sep. 2012 Update:
Finished feet and (fluffy!) tail, made muzzle, stuffed it with white yarn, and sewed it onto the head, along with some fluffy tufts on the ears. All that’s left is to put eyes and nose on, stuff the head and sew it to the scarf.

This worked up fast and really easy! (Ignore all the months in-between when it was hibernating.) I’m proud of myself for making it without a pattern!
