Improvising a hat and ruffle cuffs from the Shells & Roses Poncho, again. I hope my green skein lasts long enough, or I might have to add a multicolor (Country Side) to the last row of shells, or go get more green.

Update: I did do a row of multicolor on the edge of the hat.
