I’m trying to weave iridescence by using two very intense colors. I made a very small test on a darning loom and it seems to work, so I’m going to test it for real…

I’m using the amethyst color for the warp and the lapis lazuli for the weft.

227 end for the warp of 2.1 m long.

128 cm woven…
141 cm…
192.5 cm on the loom…

161 cm off the loom and after washing it.

Iridescence is a success.
