Notes

I knit these socks 2 at a time by Magic Loop. I cast on 12 stitches using Judy’s Magic Cast-On, leaving a long tail, and knit one round. I knit the next round with the working yarn and the cast-on tail held double, bringing the stitch count up to 24. After that I followed the pattern. I used the Eye-of-Partridge stitch for the faux heel flap and the hemmed picot option for the cuff. The leg is 9” including the picot cuff.

Despite the two skeins being from the same dye lot, the color runs were slightly longer in one skein than the other. Due to this I had to make numerous adjustments on one sock to keep the stripes in sync even though I had matched the stripes at the cast-on.
