All of these hats were improvised using either a picot hem or ribbing, and variations of stripes, fairaisle, lace, or butterfly stitch. The flower trim was also improvised with plain stockinette stitch and decreases. They range from 24 to 30 grams (60 to 75 yards) except for the one with the flower, which used 45 grams (112.5 yards).
