Yardage is for two toppers.

Modifications:

• Instead of cutting the towels in half I left them whole, folded them in half and attached the toppers along the folded edge.
• I replaced Row 1 of the instructions (where the pattern has you SC into the towel to attach the foundation row) with a row of embroidery chain stitch done with a tapestry needle. This eliminated the need to push a crochet hook through the towel.
• I shortened the fold-over portion of the toppers by one row.
