This sweater is a lot of fun to make. I probably could have finished it in 4-5 hours but I had to keep ripping it out.

I didn’t have enough yarn to make the sleeves, so I ripped them out and used just one extra row for cap sleeves.

I tried doing a knitted cable - but couldn’t make the transition from crochet to knitting without it looking really sloppy. So I ripped that out.

Then I didn’t have enough yarn to finish the sweater so I had to add stripes.

I easily could’ve gone down a size or two, it is really big. I chained on 47 + 3 stitches - I would probably go 42 + 3 in the future.

It worked up so quickly though. I think I will try it again going sideways instead of lengthwise.
