These were also made several years ago, in about 2007, for a friend’s newborn daughter. I really love the yarn, which was a variegated mohair, I think, from my LYS. The name/tag on it is long gone. The pattern is also precious and turned out VERY WELL, I think! Thank you Ms. Zoe Mellor!

Funny story--the first one of these I made did NOT come out to size. Practically nothing does for me without a LOT of recalculating for my gauge, etc. It was so big that it fit my giant cat’s back paw, which I think is about twice the size of a newborn foot (see last pic). We had a good laugh putting it on him!
