I tweaked this pattern a little bit. I knit the sleeves in the round on size 4 DPN. For the buttonholes, I spaced them evenly over the ridged bodice. Instead of doing the crocheted trim down the right front, I only did the trim on the top part of the bodice, opposite the buttonholes. It looks more symetrical to me. For the bow in the back, I cast on 7 stitches and did a garter stitch until I reach the desired length and then turned the edges in and secured them to make the bow. A row of single crochet was also added around the collar. Little white bow buttons were added to match the bow in the back.
