9-6-10: Finished this shawl on Friday and loving it! I soaked it in water with conditioner to soften the wool a little, then lay it on the living room floor overnight to dry (no blocking tools…). It turned out perfectly! The garter stitch edging stays straight now, and looks great.

Would recommend this pattern and yarn to anyone!

Wow, this is my first Ravelry knitting project! Scary.

I have been looking for this yarn for years! I know the reviewers have said it is scratchy and have complained, but SERIOUSLY? Have you SEEN the colors? I love the scratchiness - I know it is actually wool!

I also love this pattern. It is so great for a beginner knitter, and it is fun at the same time! :D
