Dec. 31: Had problems getting the hang of the first lace part, probably because I started it at 2AM, so one of my edges is screwed up. Beautiful lace. Not sure how I feel about rows and rows and ROWs of dc, but it could be worse. It could be sc. This yarn is gorgeous. Tempted to do an entire shawl of the lace in this if the dc turns out to be too mind-numbing. It really is a shame I screwed up the lace edge in the beginning because the edges on this are great, but I am not frogging back forty rows. Probably. ARGH.

Sigh. I frogged. Starting over now.
