I had quite a bit of leftover yarn from my Shawl Collared Sweater, so I bought a contrast color for a stripey hat. Everything seems to be stripes for me recently!

• Cast on 80 stitches since my swatch was a tiny bit big.
• Ribbed brim in main color to 7 inches
• Switched to stripe pattern: 2 rows contrast color, 3 rows main color for 4 inches
• Decreased like so: k8 k2tog, then kept the decreases in a row

August 17 - Finished

Sept 25 - Now that I’m looking at the new pictures I notice the crown is a little pointy! I just wanted that last white stripe! I haven’t washed/blocked the hat yet (I was afraid the dye would run) but now I think I should to get the crown to relax a little!
