My brother shrunk the hat I made him last year, so another warm hat it is! This time I’m using a washable yarn so it stands a better chance of surviving laundry mishaps!

Knit until 8.25” (probably a little too long), then started decreasing. Like my last hat I alternated decrease rows with non-decrease rows in pattern.

Dec 5: Put a swatch through the washer and dryer! The stitches don’t look as nice afterwards, but at least it won’t shrink!
