I did 21 rows on the waist band and 20 rows on the legs. This thing is so cutely huge on my guy (17 pounds, 7 months) but it works and will hopefully fit him a good while.

I hated how the colors of the yarn did knitted up so I over dyed it all with some blue kool-aid.
