3/24/17 There was a bear on the golf course today, some whimsical humor and sharing to help lift the spirit of a very sad heart.

Oh, … the yarn came, three large, chunky, and very soft skeins and yes, it is acrylic for the body of the bear … the face is so endearing and will be knitted from beautiful wool bulky from stash, I have all the measurements in my head from when I did Jill’s … can’t seem to put it down.

I added stitches to get that big, over-sized look and my gauge is slightly different than the pattern’s.

Might Mama Bear fit into my coordinated effort of recent? hmmm

Have decided to put in side seam pockets so am giving that a go to see if I like …
