Knit the cable rib pattern for 64 rows (7 cables)
Heel flap = 32 rows (inc the 2 setup rows)
Only reduced to 66 sts (34 instep, 32 sole)
Knit 72 rounds after heel before starting the toe
Reduced 4 sts every other round 8 times (18 instep, 16 sole)
Reduced 4 sts every round 4 times (10 instep, 8 sole)
Moved 1 stitch around to have 9 per needle and kitchenered shut.
