Aside from a doll a made for my best friend in high school this is the first stuffed toy i made. Like most other knit creatures I’ve made, this was made for someone. But as soon as I gave her a name (Millicent , inspired by Robert Munsch’s ‘Millicent And The Wind), I found myself unable to part with her.

I didn’t put a face on her because I thought it was nicer to be able to imagine her expression, so it wasn’t set in stone….. hokey? maybe…
