K2, P2 for about 2 inches.

Stripes:

• Knit 3 rows of main color, then 2 rows of secondary color.
• Knit until beanie is about 9” long.

Decreases:
Separate into 10-stitch sections for decreases.

• Row 1: K to marker, k2t, repeat until end of row.
• Row 2: knit

Continue until there’s 8 stitches on needles, then bind off.
