Notes

My son has instantly claimed this blanket as his territory.

This project allowed me to use up many of my leftover balls of yarn. It was an easy mindless knit to do either on the train or while watching tv. and now I can continue to enjoy its warmth while I watch tv and/or cuddle with my husband and son.

RE colours. Looking at all of my leftover balls of yarn, I aimed to follow an almost sky to earth progression. I only wish the colour of the grey cascade had not been so much like my main yarn running throughout. oh well.

RE yarns: Skacel is a beautiful light yarn. But I don’t believe it is a worsted weight. In my opinion, it’s more of a sport. I held it double when I used it in this project.
