This was a last minute Christmas gift I knitted for my mom.

Because this yarn is not a consistent/even ply and is not really that bulky, I found the recommended needle was creating a too holey and loose material. So I used a size 10 needle and increased the cast on to 24, I adjusted the pattern as follows for this cast on:
k two rows
K4, wrap and turn, K4
K7, wrap and turn, k7
k10, wrap and turn, K10
K24
REPEAT

A quick and easy pattern. And the ruffle effect suits this unusual yarn.
