Notes

I love the design of this, and the soft, beautiful yarn. Vivian is a size small, but she was kind enough to model this anyway. :) I also took a picture of it on my size 10 frame.
This is my first time using Three Irish Girls Adorn Sock. So soft and such a beautiful color. :) This is also my first shrug, but not my first Bernadette Ambergen design. I am excited to try this!
Gauge sleeve and body -
4 inches = 11 rows dc
4 inches = 5 (3dc) sets and 4 (2ch) spaces
one skein, 430 yds, 100g did one sleeve and 46/66 body rows.
2 skeins, 860 yds, did through row 11 of the second sleeve trim.

Construction is sleeve tip to sleeve tip in the round, leaving an opening for the body. Trim is then added to the sleeves and body opening with a smaller hook.
Notes:
It is important to do the initial ss on the trim rows to set up the angulation of the pyramid shape of sc. Some of the dc in the trim go into an actual ch, not the ch space.

9/1/13. Finished the sleeve trim and started the body opening trim.
9/2/13. All done.
9/5/13 Only sprayed the edging and pinned it lightly. It is drying in the sunshine now.
