Mods

• knitting them cuff down,
• cuff 12 r = c. 2.5 cm,
• leg 6 pattern repeats,
• heel flap 32 r (knit first st and slip last on every row),
• heel turn: k19 ssk k1 turn sl1 p5 p2tog p1 turn etc until 19 st left,
• slipstitch under heel starting with heel turn and continuing for another 22 r after turn is finished Note to self: This is far too long! I don’t know what I was thinking. 10 or 12 r would have been quite enough.
• picked up 17 st on each side, knit these through back loop on first r,
• gusset decreases: k1 ssk & k2tog k1, next r plain until 33 st left on sole side,
• foot 7 patten repeats in total,
• toe 1 plain r before starting decreases: k1 ssk & k2tog k1 x2, next r plain until 34 st left, then decrease every r until 10 st left. Pull yarn through and tighten.
