ETA 2 May 2020: I’ve used this shawl so much it’s now started to look very sad and worn so I knit myself a new one.

ETA 28 March 2019: I love this shawl! It’s the perfect shape and weight to stay on my shoulders even when I’m moving around and it’s so warm and cosy. It’s still my favourite shawl to wear at home in the winter.

Mods

• Used Judy's Magic Cast-On instead of a crocheted provisional.
• Knitted 4 sets in section 3 and repeated border row 2 to 9 once.

Timeline
2016-10-18: Ran out of MC so this will have to go into hibernation until I can get some more.
2016-10-21: Yarn arrived yesterday so started up again today.
2016-10-22: Started on the border so now each row take half an eternity to knit - over 500st!
2016-10-26: Finished the border. Only cast-off left!
2016-10-27: Finished!! Washed and blocked it lightly. Waiting for it to dry.
