Wasn’t happy with my first attempt so frogged and started over having rearranged both the rib and the chart a bit.

Mods

• cast on 72 stitches,
• cuff 15 r rib k1p1k1,
• moved 2 knit stitches from each side to centre of chart = k5 + chart 26 st + k5 on both front and back of leg,
• using mirrored lifted increases,
• leg k 1 r stockinet + chart r 1-12 five times,
• heelflap 34 r in plain stockinet using yarn from other end of skein, round heel,
• gussets picked up 19 st + moved 1 st from instep on each side, decreased every third r until 46 st left on sole then every second r until 34 left,
• foot chart r 1-12 seven times,
• toe decresed every second r until 32 st left then every r until 8 left.
