Made neckline rounded in front, no ribbing on shoulders, and ordinary short sleeves with a bit of colourwork.

My gauge was a little off so I cast on for size 6 to achieve something between size 4 and 5.

2.75mm ribbing on body & neckline & sleeves, 3mm colourwork on body, 3.25 stockinet on body & stockinet and colourwork on sleeves.

Mods

• twisted broken rib for 8 rows,
• alternating MC skeins after finishing colourwork,
• not increasing after separating front and back,
• sleeve opening 60 r,
• no ribbing on shoulders,
• German shortrows starting on RS, 5 pairs turning 10 st apart,
• bound off middle 58 st in back for neck,
• front started neckline shaping by binding off 26 st in the middle on r 50, continued to decrease a total of 16 st on each side over next 24 r, shortrows as in back,
• neckline 6 r broken twisted rib,
• sleeves picked up 96 st, 4 pairs of German shortrows starting 16 st past shoulder seam and turning 8 st further along each time, then 20 r plain stockinet + 7 r colourwork + 1 r stockinet + 6 r broken twisted rib.

2019-09-02: Started on the colourwork.
2019-09-09: Finished colourwork.
2019-09-10: Not satisfied with the look of the last eight rows of the colourwork - too uneven - so frogged and started over.
2019-09-15: Worried about too tight floats but after a good soak and drying flat everything had evened up beautifully.
2019-09-18: Separated front and back and continued knitting the back.
2019-09-22: Finished back and started on front.
2019-09-25: Finished front and shoulders.
2019-09-27: Finished neckline.
2019-09-28: Started on left sleeve.
2019-09-29: Finished left sleeve.
2019-09-30: Started on right sleeve.
2019-10-01: Finished!
