Using Grumperina's method for cabling without a cable needle.

Mods

• cuff 13 r,
• leg setup chart + main chart three times,
• heelflap 36 r plain stockinet decreasing 5 st on the first r, slipped first and last st on each WS r, round heel,
• picked up 21 st on each side for ordinary gussets and also moved 2 st from each side of instep to gussets, decreased every third r until 32 st left on sole,
• foot main chart three times + end chart r 1-13 + r 13 seven times,
• toe decreased every third r until 40 st left (only decreasing on one side of the instep the first time) and then every r until 8 left, cut yarn and pulled through.
