Notes

Mods

  • Using 4mm needles since I don’t want these to become too tight like the striped ones did.
  • Knitted 8 sections (=11.5cm) before inserting thumb opening. Did not break the yarn but put the stitches back on the needle and stitched again with the MC.
  • Knitted 3.5 sections (=5cm) after the thumb.
  • Made the thumb 2 whole sections (=3cm).

2015-01-07: Just discovered that I missed the purl row in one of the sections on the second mitt. Since you only notice it if you know I’m not redoing it!
